Penthouse includes a stash and wardrobe, it's marked with a pink house icon on the map, not far away from legion square, after purchase you will be emailed a code and you will have to do a /redeem insert your code here, Example: /redeem 123 

Penthouse is a private house where nobody just you can access stash and the penthouse it self, Only you can drive people into the garage and only that way they can enter the penthouse.
